What metal do you use in your earrings?
Quality is VERY important to us.  The silver ear wires are always sterling silver, and the gold ear wires are always 14k gold-filled.

What does 14k gold-filled mean?
A thick layer of 14k gold is filled around the outside of another material.  If you are successful at wearing 14k gold, you'll likely be successful with these.

Do you have other hypoallergenic options?
We do!  We offer niobium ear wires, which are known for their hypoallergenic qualities.  We will put them into your earrings at no extra charge!  Just add them to your cart!

Do you really make all of these earrings?
Yes!  My trusty pliers and I put each and every pair together.  :)

How do you choose your donation recipient each month?
We are always looking for important causes, local or national.  If you have a suggestion, please contact us!

How much will I pay for shipping?
Orders under $30 ship for a flat fee of $4.  Orders totaling $30 or more will ship free!

How fast will you ship my items?
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, but typically require 3-5 business days to be shipped.

I am unhappy with my earrings, but I see I cannot return them.  What gives?
It is our policy that all sales are final, as we cannot resell a pair of earrings that have been worn.  We do want all of our customers to love their LeatherBird!  If you have an issue with the quality of the item, please contact us.
